Dark One - Ability to use the powers of Darkness acquired with the Dark One's Dagger.
Blood Magic - Use of one's own blood as a magical seal that can only be broken by someone of the same bloodline.
Enhanced Traits - Augmented strength, agility, durability and fighting skills.
Immortality - Eternal unaging life. Can only be killed with the Dark One's Dagger.
Witchcraft - Ability to cast spells and/or curses. <br><br>Conjuration - Ability to conjure objects out of the blue.
Healing Spells - Ability to magically heal injuries and/or diseases.
Heart-ripping - Ability to rip someone's heart out in order to control/kill them, among other purposes.
Magical Immobilization - Ability to magically immobilize something or someone.
Pyrokinesis - Ability to conjure and control fire.
Shapeshifting - Ability to alter the appearance of oneself or others.
Telekinesis - Ability to control the movement of objects or other people/animals.
Teleportation - Ability to magically teleport oneself and/or others from one location to another.

Potioncraft - Ability to create liquid substances for various purposes by combining a set of ingredients.

Personality

<br>Strengths: His biggest strength is his power and ability to manipulate others. He is an accomplished liar. He believes nothing can stand in his way for long. His greatest strength is his sense of self-preservation that will keep him doing anything to get what he wants.
Weaknesses: Bealfire (Neal), Belle, and his dagger after his three greatest weaknesses. Now that his son is dead, he will do anything to protect his love. He is able To be controlled completely by the dagger so he is very protective of it until he can find a way to get rid of it and keep his power. His leg is limp, and he is very cowardly without his magic.
Overall Personality: Gold is sneaky and conniving. He doesn't mind helping others, in fact, he secretly enjoys it. In part, it is because he likes to watch others suffer, but also in part because he's really not such a bad guy. He became The Dark One in order to save his son, and despite all of his efforts, his power consumed him and the darkness overcame him. His intentions are not evil, simply a means to an end. His only real goal is to further himself and his own plans, and he doesn't mind using others to get what he wants. His help always comes with a price, and sometimes it's simple, other times not so much. He loved his son, and he loves Belle, but he is too frightened to give up his power for them, and it's slowly causing him to lose everyone he's ever cared about.

Before the first cures, Rumple had 300 years of history. In order to make sure nothing is missed, his full extensive history will be as thread replies. I will give a Highlight here what has made him who he is today.
As a newborn, there was a prophacy made that he would be a savior. His mother in an attempt to protect him turned dark and was eventually stopped by his fairy god mother who told his father that his mother died in childbirth.
As a child, his father was a swindler. After his father was beat up for his antics, the spinstresses he lived with gave him a magic bean which he and his father used to travel to neverland. There his father abandoned him to the shadow so he could be Peter Pan.
He later meets milah and she has Bealfire. He is called to fight in the ogre wars and trades a Seer a cup of water for his future. Afraid he will die in the war he injures himself so he can go home.
Milah leaves him and his son for Hook.
Bealfire gets called to fight in the ogre war, desprate to protect him, Rumple becomes the Dark One.
After some time Bealfire does not like his fathers magic and travils to a land without magic.
Rumple spends the rest of his time in the enchanted forest trying to get to his son.
After the First curse was placed and the inhabitants of the enchanted kingdom were now in storybrooke he helped Regina adopt a child. By fate or coincidence, she adopted Henry, the son of the savior and grandson of Snow White and Prince Charming. Then, when Henry brought Emma Swan to Storybrooke, he helped her to break the curse so he could bring magic to Storybrooke and find Bealfire.
